Where is Tichuca?
We are located on the 46th floor in the T-One Building

Opening Hours?
We open everyday from 5 pm till late.
Do I need a reservation?
We only accept walk-ins at Tichuca.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Age restrictions?
20 years old or above only.
Entrance Requirements?
Original ID or passports must be presented only.
*Thai citizens : Must present their original national Thai id, passport, or driving license. The use of the Thai id app or copies (digital or printed) are not acceptable.
*Foreign Guests : Only original passports are acceptable. Copies, online versions, or any digital formats will not be permitted for entry.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments such as QR code payments and online mobile banking.
Is there live music or a DJ?
Yes, we have live DJs and curated music to enhance your experience.

Does it cost money to enter?
No, entering Tichuca is free of charge.
What BTS station is Tichuca located?
If you are traveling to Sanctuary Bangkok by BTS, you have to get off at Thonglor Station,
Is there a security screening?
To help ensure a good retreat, we check every bag coming into Tichuca. Our Security team is there to create a safe environment and your cooperation is very much appreciated.
Is there a parking at Tichuca?
You can park your car at T-One Building.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas at Tichuca.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately, Tichuca is not pet-friendly. We do apologize for any inconveniences.
Can I request a specific table?
We do our best to accommodate requests, but specific tables are subject to availability.
Can I take photos at Tichuca?
Yes, photography is allowed, but please be respectful of other guests.
Are professional photoshoots allowed?
For professional or commercial photoshoots, prior approval is required.
